Hi, I'm Dr. Sarah Rattray.
In my life, I believe in doing the work it takes to meet my goals.
This is how I live my life.
I can help you and your partner do that too - figure out what's blocking you from having not only a good relationship, but having an incredible relationship and an incredible life
Here's what I believe in:
- Above all else: AWARENESS. Of what is working for me and what isn't. Of what feels right to me and what doesn't. Of what I want in my life and what I don't.
- Working towards my goals; figuring out each step I need to take to get there; and identifying the blocks and obstacles in the way and how to address them.
- Staying open: to asking for help along the way even though I'm strong and capable; to influence from others and considering new ideas; to changing and correcting my course with self-evaluation and testing out my progress.
I wasn't always this way.
I know what it's like to be stuck, struggling without getting anywhere, not have, see, or reach for big goals I've evolved from older, bigger struggles, over years of work and self-reflection.
I used to: Not pay attention to what wasn't working; Become frozen and blocked and stay that way; Feel resistant to work I didn't want to do, and avoid it to my detriment; and Not listen to the little voice in my head that really knew what felt right to me
I can help you and your partner.
What I can share with you are not just good ideas, they are action steps to take. Grounded in science and the research of experts, and blended with the insights and experience of three decades of work with couples, I can provide you with a road map of proven tools and steps to take to unlock the secrets of your hearts.
With your motivation to change, I can help you take action and clear away the obstacles to move from struggling to thriving, and then beyond to an incredible relationship.
Are you ready to take action and get to work?
